When can you start?

As you may expect from a company that carries out work to a high standard, we are in demand. We try and keep our waiting time below four weeks but on occasions, especially throughout the summer, this can extend to six weeks. What we won't do is employ sub contract groups to catch up.

What happens if it goes wrong?

Perfect we are not, but with years of experience and an honest and fair approach to what we do, there is nothing we cannot put right.

What guarantee do you give?

On driveways and all paving we offer a five year guarantee on labor. This will cover the cost of repairs should the drive or paving fail. The manufacturers Marshalls, Brett, Bradstone etc all give a ten year materials guarantee.

When do we have to pay?

Never pay a builder until lthe work is finished. All we ask for is a 10% deposit when you agree to go ahead with the work. We then require the balance on completion.

We have had cheaper quotes can you match them?

We will try but please do not be offended if we can’t. We take into account our fixed costs, experienced and well paid workforce along with other factors like the five year guarantee and the fact we only use quality materials. We are also fully insured. We carry out many jobs throughout the year, each one is priced after a survery. At the end of the job there will be no extras that need paying for because we have missed something at the survey stage.
